Our neighbor-Club celebrated this weekend their flying party - as usual it was a very nice event.

I turn gently in a smooth thermal, almost a kilometer above Africa’s Zambezi Valley. Relaxed and settled back into my harness, the view is spectacular! Beneath me the escarpment runs eastward from Lake Kariba to Mozambique. African villages are scattered across the valley floor. Small clusters of mud huts surrounded by mealie fields, hidden amongst the untouched bush of the lowveld. A culture as seemingly untouched as the flat valley floor itself.

The first trip this year brought us to Norma, south of Rome. The way is long, around 1.000 kilometres through nearly whole Italy you have to drive.

We often see pilots struggling with their hot new wings, not using their potential and not having fun in the air. In our opinion this is wrong. This is why we produce the gliders for which we are known. We do not over stretch the limits of construction, nor do we unnecessarily push the skill level of the pilot to master those constructions. Paragliding is about enjoying airtime, about having fun. Therefore, our products aim to reflect this spirit – being uncomplicated, reliable, safe and plain fun to use.
